Based on the information gathered through the surveys and compiled in the Comprehensive Inventory, STARS will develop a common strategy, which will become the STARS road map for the planning and implementation of support activities / training programmes. These are intended to strengthen regulatory sciences and improve successful outcomes from regulatory scientific advice, requested by academic health researchers.
In addition, the common strategy will include concrete actions, such as the
- development and implementation of the Core Curriculum and the Comprehensive Curriculum in order to harmonise and strengthen regulatory knowledge of clinical scientists, and
- analysis and support for pilot projects aiming to implement pre-grant regulatory scientific advice.
